Steps to Enrollment for the 2022-2023 School Year

The Enrollment process can be completed on either a smartphone, tablet or computer by clicking the following links!

The entire process will take at least 30 minutes, so make sure you have set aside that time. You can also work on it bit by bit!

 

Yellow Packet – Student Application – Student to Complete Independently

Blue Packet – Parent/Guardian Signature Required
     Click this link to be taken to important forms to be read and signed by Parents/Guardians.

 

Green Packet – Student & Parent/Guardian Signatures Required
     Click this link to be taken to important forms to be read and signed by BOTH Students and Parents/Guardians.

 

Emergency Contact Card – Parent/Guardian Signature Required
