Steps to Virtual Enrollment for the 2020-2021 School Year

The Virtual Enrollment process can be completed on either a smartphone, tablet or computer
by clicking the following links! The entire process will take at least 30 minutes, so make sure
you have set aside that time. You can also work on it bit by bit!

1. Submission of Personal Documents
     a. Click this link to please upload as many as the required documents as you can, soon as possible!
     b. The Required Documents are:
            i. Copy of Birth Certificate
            ii. Copy of Social Security Card
            iii. Copy of Transcript
            iv. Copy of Immunization Record
            v. Proof of Address (Ex. Bill, Lease, etc.)

2. Student Application – Student to Complete
     a. Click this link to be taken to the student portion of the process!
3. Blue Packet – Parent/Guardian Signatures Required
     a. Click this link to be taken to important forms to be read and signed by
        Parents/Guardians.
4. Green Packet – Student & Parent/Guardian Signatures Required
     a. Click this link to be taken to important forms to be read and signed by BOTH
Students and Parents/Guardians.
5. Emergency Contact Card
     a. Click this link to complete your child’s Emergency Contact Card

These five steps will successfully complete the enrollment process! We will be in touch with
confirmation about whether your child has been successfully enrolled in the school shortly after!
